KangarooKiddo is a product of PerfSpot LLC ("PerfSpot LLC," "we," "us"). These terms govern your use of KangarooKiddo. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The parent account

You create and control the account, and you are responsible for activity under it. Children do not create accounts; you add a child profile and start each session. You must be the parent or legal guardian of any child you add.

Points and rewards

Points your child earns never expire and cannot be clawed back. Rewards are configured and fulfilled by you in the real world; removing a reward from your catalog does not remove earned points. Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred or redeemed for money.

Acceptable use

Use the service only for its intended purpose. Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to the service, and do not use it to violate any law.

Our liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PerfSpot LLC and its operators are not liable for any damages, losses, missed payments, data loss, or other consequences arising from your use of the service. You use KangarooKiddo at your own risk.

Assignment

We may transfer or assign these terms and our rights and obligations under them, at any time, to any affiliate, acquirer, or successor. You may not assign your rights under these terms without our written consent.

Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
